Serial is one of the most sought-after and useful Heroes in the game. His damage potential is extremely high and has a lot of heath despite his role as a DPS. This makes him a prime investment for PvP and Hard and Extreme missions. To counter his utility, his fragments are very rare; currently awarded only to ranked Alliances in the alliance wars and sometimes through limited-time events.

- Serial's bronze also Taunts while making him invulnerable; use this when there are a lot of enemies to accumulate the highest amount of damage possible to retaliate.
- Serial's silver skill deals decent damage, but is primarily designed and used to charge up his bronze due to the increased fire rate and ammo.
